Chris has an impressive background as a former restaurateur and chef, accumulating over three decades of expertise within the culinary realm. He's lent his culinary prowess to iconic Seattle establishments such as Dimitr

He's lent his culinary prowess to iconic Seattle establishments such as Dimitriou's Jazz Alley, Belltown Pub, Nickerson Street Saloon, and helmed his own restaurant – Martino’s.
Kelsey, on the other hand, brings a unique blend of marketing savvy and design experience to our venture. While lacking formal culinary training (barring countless hours spent glued to the Food Network), her fearlessness in the kitchen is matched only by her boundless love for all things culinary (except for baking – ha!).
